Private workspaces
Each account is its own workspace - your deals, contacts and documents are isolated from every other firm by row-level security. Your data is yours - not pooled, shared or sold.
Shared team workspaces
A firm's deals, contacts and reporting are shared across the team, while each person's mailbox stays strictly personal - nobody can send from a colleague's address. Granular per-user roles (read-only, client viewer) are still to come.
Tracked, watermarked documents
Send the teaser or CIM as a link stamped on every page with the recipient's name, firm and date, revocable at any time, with a record of who opened it and when. Native e-signature is still to come.
You control your outreach
You own your target list and every message. Emails go out only when you approve them; approved messages you queued for scheduled sending may continue on a daily schedule until that queue empties or you cancel it.
