The Execution System for Sell-Side M&A and Capital Raises
For investment banks and advisory firms running live mandates. DealLaunch carries the whole process - the buyer universe and who already knows them, outreach from your own mailbox, NDAs and materials, meetings and offers, and the client report that writes itself. One record, so the deal stops living in inboxes, spreadsheets and someone's memory.
A live mandate runs on inboxes, spreadsheets and memory. Nobody holds the whole deal.
Process is what a sell-side or a capital raise is actually made of, and most deal teams assemble it by hand every time - who was approached, who replied, who has the NDA, what went out, who is close. DealLaunch AI holds all of it in one record, so the team controls the process instead of reconstructing it.
From target list to close - one disciplined process.
The parts a process actually turns on.
Replies captured automatically
DealLaunch reads your mailbox, matches answers to your pipeline, advances the status and logs the conversation - so the pipeline is current without you touching it.
Watermarked document links
Share the teaser or CIM as a per-counterparty link, watermarked with that recipient's name and the date. Every open is recorded, so you know who read it four times and who never opened it. Revoke any link in one click.
Shared team workspace
Colleagues work the same mandates, each sending from their own mailbox. Credentials are never shared between members.
By firm or by contact
Every metric, pipeline and export switches between investors and people - two contacts at one fund are one investor.
The process manages itself
What is owed today, named and in order: chase this NDA, send that CIM, book the meeting nobody booked. Each one clears itself when the record moves.
Warm connections across the firm
Before you approach anyone, DealLaunch says whether a colleague already knows them, when they last spoke, and drafts the ask for an introduction.
First drafts of the materials
Teaser, buyer profile, investor update and process letter, drafted from the mandate record. Anything the record does not have comes back as a placeholder, never a plausible number.
Ask the deal anything
Who is most interested, what a counterparty said about valuation, who has not replied. Answered only from this mandate's own record - emails, meetings, notes, documents and stage changes. Anything the record does not support is left out of the answer.
Deliverability, checked
We read your domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC when you connect, and tell you in plain English what to fix before a wave goes out.
Built for deal teams of every size.
Your entire target list, in one pass.
Write the message once. DealLaunch drafts it for every counterparty on the list, then sends them from your own mailbox - a hundred and forty individually written emails without a hundred and forty copy-pastes.
- Every email personalised - the investor, their firm, and the mandate - not a mail merge with a first name.
- Sent one at a time from YOUR mailbox, so investors see your name and your firm keeps its own deliverability.
- Paced like a human, and slowed automatically the moment your provider pushes back - no bulk-sender lockouts.
- Replies are read back in, statuses advance, and anyone still silent surfaces for a follow-up.

Questions deal teams ask.
Is this just outreach software?
No. It started there, and outreach is one chapter of it. DealLaunch carries the mandate: the buyer universe scored against this deal, who at your firm already knows them, the approach from your own mailbox, NDAs and materials with per-counterparty read tracking, what the process owes you today, and the weekly client report. One record from target list to close.
Is DealLaunch AI a placement agent or broker?
No. DealLaunch AI is workflow software. It does not provide investment advice, investor matching, brokerage, placement agency, or regulated financial services. You run your own process; we give you the system of record to run it well.
Do you send the emails, or do I?
You do - from your own mailbox. Connect Microsoft in one click, or any mailbox with an app password (we detect the server settings and check your domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC for you). Investors see your name and your firm, and your replies land in your own inbox.
How do I know if a counterparty actually read the CIM?
Share documents as per-counterparty links. Each PDF is watermarked with that recipient's name and the date, every open is recorded, and the Documents tab shows opens per recipient plus a list of who has never opened anything. Any link can be revoked instantly.
Do I have to update the pipeline by hand?
No. DealLaunch reads replies from your connected mailbox, matches them to your contacts, advances the status, flags real bounces and surfaces anyone who has gone quiet for a follow-up.
Can my colleagues work on the same mandates?
Yes - invite them from Settings and they see the workspace's projects, investors and documents. Each person connects their own mailbox, and mailbox credentials are never shared between team members.
Where does my data live?
Signed-in accounts store their data in EU-hosted Supabase Postgres, with row-level security so each account only sees its own deals, contacts and documents. The public demo workspace runs on sample data in your browser.
Who is it built for?
Investment banks, boutique M&A firms and independent advisers - anyone running a sell-side or capital raise on behalf of a client. Not for founders raising their own round, and not for funds monitoring a portfolio.
What's the difference between Individual and Team?
Individual is for one person running their own deals - designed for up to 3 active deals and 1,000 contacts. Team is for advisory and investment banking teams working the same mandates together - designed for up to 10 active deals, with seats on request, priority onboarding, hands-on setup support and multiple client workspaces.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no lock-in; the Individual and Team plans can be cancelled at any time.
