Bulk personalised outreach from your own mailbox Write once, send 140 individually written emails from your own address - not a marketing platform's. | No | Yes Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your own SMTP. Paced like a human, slowed automatically when your provider pushes back. |
Replies read back into the pipeline A counterparty answers and the stage moves itself - nobody retypes anything. | Not stated by the vendor | Yes IMAP or Microsoft Graph, with out-of-office and bounce messages filtered out. |
Client-facing weekly process report The document your client actually reads on a Friday, in your own branding. | No | Yes PDF, PowerPoint and Excel. Every figure computed from the pipeline, not written by a model. |
NDA and teaser tracking | No | Yes Issued, signed, outstanding - per counterparty, and it feeds the weekly report. |
Watermarked, revocable document links Send the teaser or CIM as a tracked link stamped with the recipient's name, and withdraw it later. | No Not offered. | Yes Recipient name, firm and date on every page. Revocable, with a record of every open. |
Ask questions of the mandate's own record One dated record of every email, meeting, note, document open and decision. | Yes Firm-wide, across every mandate the firm has ever run. | Partly Per mandate, and every answer cites the email or document it rests on - a sentence with no evidence is deleted before you see it. Firm-wide search is not built yet. |
Promises extracted from replies and notes “We will send the model on Thursday” becomes a dated action with an owner. | No | Yes With the sentence it came from, quoted, so you can see what was read. |
Shared team workspace with personal mailboxes Partners and analysts work the same mandates, but nobody can send from a colleague's address. | Yes | Yes Included in the team plan at no per-seat charge. |
Data held in the EU, with a published DPA Where your client's confidential material physically sits, and who else can touch it. | Partly Publishes a DPA. Names no residency region, and lists a mailbox sub-processor. | Yes Database and functions both in Frankfurt. Published sub-processor table, and no mail sub-processor at all - outreach leaves your own mailbox. |
Relationship history across every past mandate What the firm told a buyer two years ago, on a different deal. | Yes This is their core product. | No Deliberately not built yet - see the note below. |
Relationship ownership and coverage mapping | Yes | No Deliberately not built - at two to fifteen people, you already know who owns the relationship. |
Outbound sending Whether the tool is designed to send the outreach at all. | No Their own comparison page states Dialllog does not replace a CRM for an outbound sales motion. | Yes |
Price published on the website You can decide whether it is affordable before you spend an hour on a call. | No | Yes EUR 149/month, or EUR 399/month for a team. Published, flat, no per-seat charge. |
No per-seat charge Adding the analyst who actually maintains the list does not cost more. | No | Yes |
Where Dialllog is stronger
- Six years in market, with a public wall of boutique client logos and named partner testimonials - we are younger and have fewer references. If that matters most to you, it is a real reason to choose them.
- Firm-wide recall across every mandate the firm has ever run is genuinely their product and it is deeper than ours. Ours stops at the mandate.
- Relationship and coverage mapping, if your firm is large enough that two partners might unknowingly call the same buyer.
Your problem is institutional memory - people leave, context leaves with them, and nobody can reconstruct who spoke to whom in 2023.
Your problem is running the mandate in front of you: getting 140 personalised emails out from your own mailbox this week, keeping the pipeline current as replies land, and sending the client a report on Friday that you are not ashamed of.
