Find investor email addresses by firm and geography

For boutique partners and bank VPs who will not buy a database. Name the firm, add a geography or person, and get up to four people with work addresses, most senior first, each sourced. Send from your own mailbox.

What one search returns

Find contacts takes a firm and an optional geography, person and role. People come from RocketReach, or the firm's own pages when RocketReach lists nobody. Rows show name, title, address and source. Investment, corporate development, M&A and strategy titles rank first, most senior within them; VPs and above are marked Senior. Unconfirmed people are omitted.

Where each address comes from, stated on the row

Every address states its basis. A format known from your contacts is marked Yours. An earlier search's pattern is reused - domain and shape only, never a name or address. One named person at an unknown-format firm costs one RocketReach lookup, which teaches the pattern. Otherwise it is built on the domain and marked Assumed.

Why this is not a database subscription

A database sells a universe; DealLaunch starts from the firm you chose. Nothing is bought in bulk - address formats are shared between users, people are not. One record per person across mandates means a repeat firm's contacts are logged before you search. Searching is free; only a named-person lookup spends a RocketReach credit.

From address to approach without leaving the record

Claude drafts each email from the mandate. You send one at a time from your own mailbox - Microsoft or any app-password mailbox. Sending is paced and slows when your provider pushes back; the app sets no cap. Your SPF, DKIM and DMARC are checked. Replies advance the status; bounces and silence are flagged.

How it works

  1. 01
    Name the firm
Type the firm; add a geography or person, and choose one to four people.
  2. 02
    Read the results
Name, title, address and source link on every row; location where stated.
  3. 03
    Add to the investor log
Tick the people; they join the log and cross-mandate directory, repeats caught.
  4. 04
    Run Verify emails
Assumed addresses get a local quality check; doubtful ones show an amber badge.
  5. 05
    Approach from your mailbox
Claude drafts from the mandate; you send one at a time, paced, as yourself.

Questions buyers ask

How do I find a VC partner's email address?

Name fund and partner. Where RocketReach lists the partner, it confirms the employer and mail domain. If the fund's format is known, the address is built from it; otherwise one lookup returns it and keeps the format.

Is this RocketReach for investment banking?

It uses RocketReach, but the job differs. RocketReach answers who works somewhere. DealLaunch answers who at that firm reads a teaser for this mandate, labels each address's basis, and pays for a lookup only on one named person.

Are the email addresses verified?

Labelled, not promised. An address from a RocketReach lookup carries that label. One built on your contacts' format is marked Yours; one built on the domain is marked Assumed. Verify emails flags doubtful addresses before sending, bounces after.

Do I have to buy an investor database?

No. No bulk purchase, no marketplace. You search firm by firm and pay for software: Individual €149 a month for one user, Team €399 with seats on request. UK visitors see £129 and £349, non-EU $169 and $449.

Can my colleagues see who I found?

Yes, on a team workspace - the owner grants access deal by deal. The Also contacted column shows who at your firm wrote to a person or their firm in the last 90 days. Mailboxes are never shared.

Can I export the contacts I find?

Yes. The investor log exports to Excel or PDF from the same toolbar that imports spreadsheets. Filter to the people a search added, tick them and export; the Excel file carries the import columns, so it round-trips.
