Investor outreach software for capital raises
Investor outreach software for capital raises, run from your mailbox
For private placement teams, capital raising teams and bankers running a client's raise. DealLaunch AI finds the people at the firms you name, sends each approved approach from your own mailbox, logs the replies and generates the weekly client report.
Built for the adviser running the raise, not the company raising
Your raise lives in a spreadsheet, a shared inbox and one associate's memory. DealLaunch AI is the system of record for it. You bring the target list and approve every email; the software drafts, sends, logs and reports. A partner or whole desk gets one record, target list to close, every approach attributed and dated.
Finding the right people at the firms on your list
Name a firm and a geography: up to four senior people, via RocketReach, at the address pattern your sent mail has proved. Name one person: looked up, marked unverified when unconfirmed. Kept contacts join one deduplicated investor record across all mandates: every past approach, its outcome, who at your firm knows them, dated.
Sending from your own mailbox, one email at a time
Connect Microsoft 365 by signing in, or any mailbox, Google Workspace included, with an app password. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are checked on connect. AI drafts each email for that recipient, their stage and the mandate. Approve it and it leaves as you, one at a time. Stop; sent stays sent, the rest stay drafts.
Replies, materials and the investor log
Replies are read back whenever you open the outreach page; each moves the investor's status. Bounces are flagged; the quiet are surfaced for follow-up. The log is one table: filter, sort, bulk-edit, export to Excel or PDF. Teasers go out as per-recipient links, watermarked with name, firm and date; every open recorded, any link revocable.
Reporting to the client every week, from the same record
The weekly report is generated from the record, not typed on Sunday evening. Four computed lines open it: status, market response, focus area, next week. Then the funnel by stage, this week against last, every reply, every pass with its reason or Not recorded. Export as PDF or PowerPoint, or share as a portal link.

Questions buyers ask
Is DealLaunch AI a placement agent or an investor database?
No. It is workflow software for the adviser running the raise. It does not introduce investors, match them to deals or provide regulated financial services, and there is no marketplace. The target list, messages and relationships are yours.
Can a founder use DealLaunch AI to raise their own round?
No. It is built for private placement teams, boutique advisers and bankers running a raise on a client's behalf: the client is the company, the user is the adviser. It is not built for funds monitoring a portfolio.
How many investor emails can I send a day?
The app imposes no cap. Emails go one at a time, four to twelve seconds apart, and the gap lengthens, up to 45 seconds, when your provider pushes back. Your provider and domain reputation set the real limit.
What does DealLaunch AI cost for a capital raising team?
Individual, €149 a month: one user, 1,000 contacts, designed for up to three active deals. Team, €399 a month: designed for up to ten, seats on request. Enterprise is quoted. Cancel any time. UK in pounds, non-EU dollars.
Can the whole deal team work the same raise?
Yes. Colleagues are invited from Settings, deal by deal. They see the mandate, log and documents; each sends from their own mailbox, credentials never shared. A colleague not made a sender is refused a mailbox by the database.
